These Terms govern your use of Intraview, including your How I Work profile (IV), share links, and Career Agent features.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Intraview, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Intraview on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and account security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Candidate ownership and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile entries, CARL stories, and policy preferences. You are responsible for ensuring your information is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Career Agent behavior and approvals
- Career Agent responses are guided by your configured boundaries and profile context.
- Sensitive topics may be held for your review before a response is sent.
- You remain responsible for approved responses and the boundaries you set.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Intraview for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Scrape, overload, or disrupt service availability.
- Submit harmful code, malware, or fraudulent recruitment traffic.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellations
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Plan features, pricing, and limits are described in-product and may change over time. If required by law, we will provide notice of material pricing or billing changes.
7. Intellectual property and license
Intraview and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by Intraview or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Intraview is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance. You may stop using Intraview at any time.
10. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
